Experience the Umana Technique
A Umana Technique session is a gentle, relaxing experience that activates your higher chakras — the energy centres above the physical body where untapped potential resides. Available in person in Melbourne or Sydney, or remotely worldwide. Sessions are available in 30 and 60 minute options.
Full Umana Session
A complete higher chakra activation — chakras 8 through 12. A deep reset and battery recharge for the soul. You'll be fully clothed, lying or reclining comfortably, invited simply to notice sensations as they arise. Effects deepen in the days that follow.
Umana Reset
A focused session activating the 8th and 9th chakras. A powerful shift in a shorter time — ideal as a first experience, a midweek recharge, or to explore how your energy system responds before a full session.

Train with two of Australia's certified Umana Technique teachers — part of the earliest generation taught directly by founder Kachina Ma'an. Workshops are available in Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane and remotely. You will leave confident and certified to offer Umana sessions to others from day one.
A full one-day immersive, in-person workshop. Learn to give Umana Technique sessions to individuals, spaces, businesses and more. No prior experience is required. Nayali & Nate
Both part of the earliest generation of Umana Technique teachers, trained directly by founder Kachina Ma'an. Between them they bring decades of experience in energy healing, nursing, spiritual practice and teaching.
With over 45 years of nursing experience and decades of spiritual practice, Nayali brings a rare blend of scientific grounding and deep intuitive wisdom. She has taught energy modalities since 2013 and works closely with Kachina Ma'an to host official Umana workshops in Melbourne.
The first student in the world to receive the Umana Teacher Attunement at the inaugural teacher training. Nate brings a background in media and a profound spiritual calling together, working with clients across Australia and internationally on energy healing, Akashic readings and angelic activation.
