Individual Umana Technique sessions

A Umana Technique session is a gentle experiential work that supports the body’s natural energy pathways and the activation of chakras 8 to 12. These energetic centres are often associated with expanded awareness, integration, and shifts in perception.

Sessions can be held in person or over distance. The work is not focused on diagnosing, fixing, or clearing inner wounds. Instead, it creates space for the body and awareness to realign, often leading to a sense of presence, calm, and clarity. It is described as a battery recharge for the soul.

What to expect in a session

A session is held in a relaxed, supportive environment with minimal touch or through distance work. You are invited to notice sensations as they arise, without needing to analyse or control the experience. There may be quiet periods of internal awareness and rest.

Each person’s experience is unique. Some people notice subtle sensations such as warmth or lightness. Others describe emotional release, clearer thinking, or a sense of ease.

Half-hour (30-minute) session

Need a fast but powerful shift? This session recharges your energy, clears tension, and brings clarity, making it perfect for when life feels overwhelming. Think of it as a midweek reset, a way to realign with your natural rhythm in just half an hour.

  • Helps clear energetic blockages, allowing for a more balanced and aligned state.

One hour (60-minute) session
– a deep replenishment

Want to go deeper? A full-hour session allows greater integration and activation, giving your body, mind, and spirit time to settle into profound alignment. If you feel stuck, drained, or disconnected, this is your opportunity to drop in, release, and fully receive.
